Not a great start to the week at round 1 of the @wskpromotion.official open series in Lonato.

Struggled to find pace but thanks to @salemiracing @jakewalker83 and @lennoxracingteam we are starting to make progress.
Good weekend in Franciacorta back with @fusion_motorsport in Waterswift showing really good pace.

This gave me P9 for the final, but unfortunately I got hit before the race started in my bumper and as a result, so received a five second penalty. Still achieved P2 on track ending, subsequently ending up P6

Really good weekend in Franciacorta for my first race in mini 60.
It looked promising all week from Wednesday being one of the quickest on the track and on a kart which I had never been before. Timed qualifying was a lot harder than expected and managed to come out 13 in group and 38 overall not really what we wanted.

Heat 2 P15-P12 (was up to P3)
Heat 3 P16-P19
Heat 4 P16-P5
Prefinal P8-P6 but got an unfortunate penalty ending up P26
This gave me P22 for the final. After a tough start putting me down to nearly last i made my way up to finish P16.

Nearly managed a clean sweep but not quite.

I started P1 in the final. Taking the lead from the start I lead most of the race with a gap, but I got caught as there was a lot in the tow. Didn’t quite manage to hold it ended up P2.

Great weekend at PFI lots learnt as it was my first race back since I broke my collarbone in Le Mans.

This put me on pole for the final taking the lead from the start, but soon got overtaken. I was not really fast enough but lots learnt about the kart.
Looking forward to next weekend for R2 at PFI.
